cDNA libraries

So far we have sequenced appr. 25 000 EST’s in Atlantic cod from seven cDNA libraries: 

1) Liver, cod exposed to various pollutants (4 700 EST's)  
2) Liver, normalized library, from cod exposed to various pollutants (1 000 EST's)
3) Gill, Lungegårdsvann, from fish caught in polluted harbour waters in the city of Bergen (5 300 EST's) 
4) Head kidney, Lungegårdsvann, from fish caught in polluted harbour waters in the city of Bergen (5 300 EST's)
5) Intestine, from untreated cod (3 200 EST's)
6) Stem cells, untreated, mainly from day one and two (3 500 EST's)
7) Liver, subtractive library of cod exposed to various pollutants (2 200 EST's)
